This four-week  program offers a gentle and practical introduction to mindfulness

and everyday wellness. Through guided reflection, meditation, and shared learning,

participants will explore simple tools to better understand stress, develop emotional

awareness, reconnect with themselves, and build sustainable wellness practices that can be

integrated into daily life.

The program is designed to support participants in reducing everyday stress, strengthening

self-awareness, and fostering healthier relationships with themselves, their families, and their

communities.
