About This Event

United Way Greater Toronto is now accepting applications for the 2026–2027 South Markham Community Action Grants. Funding is available for resident-led and agency or collaborative projects that support community-identified neighbourhood priorities, with grants ranging from $5,000 to $100,000. Applications are open from May 25 to September 11, 2026. 


Drop-in office hours will be hosted at the Aaniin Community Centre from 3 - 5 pm on July 9 and at the Milliken Mills Public Library from 5 - 7 pm on August 4. Residents are also invited to register for grant writing training session that will be hosted on July 9 at Aaniin Community Centre at 5:30 - 7 pm (register here: https://forms.office.com/r/ckeJ7SPpXA).
