About This Event

This workshop is designed for teens aged 3-14 who are preparing for the social, academic, and emotional changes that come with moving into a new school or starting high school. Participants explore their worries and anticipations around major life transitions, build practical strategies for managing routines and stress, and strengthen coping skills, confidence, and emotional awareness. Through interactive reflection activities, small-group discussions, and facilitator-led conversations, teens practice navigating new environments,
balancing responsibilities, and preparing for academic, social, and lifestyle changes. The session provides a supportive space to share experiences, problem-solve, and feel more confident and grounded as they step into the next stage of school and life.
Please note- this is a highly interaction based session and would need video and audio participation from teens. Please attend from a private space where you feel comfortable to unmute and share.
