Open Mic Night @ Markham Village Library

Perform and attend at the inaugural 1st Edition Of Open Mic Night at the Markham Village Library! If you are a performer who wants to express your creativity through song / spoken word / poetry / storytelling - Here is your chance to showcase your artistry. Those interested in performing can e-mail Alex at [email protected] to reserve your spot. If there is time at the end of the event - drop ins are welcome but to ensure your spot please register ahead of time. If you would like to attend the Open Mic showcase as an audience member - please register as spots will fill up fast. 

Rules:

Must have a Markham Public Library card

No excessive violence/sexuality/hateful/offensive lyrics or words 

Each performance will have 5 minutes max to perform

Performers must bring their own musical instruments if need be

Support each other after each performance is finished
