Microgreens & Sprouting Workshop (Ages 18+) Free, Registered

Fresh greens can be grown year-round right inside your home! This workshop will introduce participants to the basics of growing microgreens and sprouts using simple, affordable materials. We will discuss different varieties, growing methods, lighting, food safety considerations, and harvesting techniques. Participants will learn how these nutrient-dense greens can provide fresh flavour and nutrition throughout the winter months.
