About This Event

Preparing to feed your baby can feel overwhelming, especially with so many opinions and choices online. This practical, in-person one-hour class is designed to give you more than information—you’ll have the opportunity to see, practice, ask questions, and learn in a supportive setting before your baby arrives.

We’ll talk about what to expect during the first few hours and days with your newborn, whether you plan to breastfeed, bottle-feed, or use a combination of both. We’ll cover when and how often to feed, early feeding cues, how to tell if your baby is getting enough, and what to consider when choosing a bottle.

You’ll also learn 3 things I wish every parent knew before their baby arrives, with time for hands-on demonstration, discussion, and an open Q&A.

Come with your questions and leave with a better understanding of your feeding options, practical skills you can use at home, and greater confidence as you prepare to meet your baby.
