Six Suspects Charged in Aurora Homicide

York Regional Police have charged six individuals following a homicide investigation in Aurora.

York Regional Police Homicide Unit investigators have charged six suspects in connection with a homicide in Aurora. On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at approximately 2:45 p.m., officers responded to an unknown trouble call at a residence near Wellington Street East and Walton Road. An adult male was found with significant trauma and was pronounced deceased at the scene.

On Thursday, June 12, 2026, the victim was identified by the Chief Coroner's office as David Gosse, 55, of no fixed address. The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma. The investigation is ongoing.

Police are asking for witnesses who have not yet spoken to them, or anyone with security video from the area, to come forward.
