Man Charged in King Retail Theft Investigation
York Regional Police have charged a man following a retail theft in King Township and are seeking additional victims.
York Regional Police #1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau has charged a man in connection with a retail theft investigation in King Township. On Monday, April 6, 2026, officers responded to reports of a theft at a retail establishment near King Road and William Street, where beauty supplies were stolen.
Through investigation, the suspect was identified, arrested, and charged on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. A search warrant executed at a Pickering residence led to the recovery of additional stolen property.
Police have released an image of the suspect as they believe there may be additional victims. The York Regional Police #1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau is asking anyone with information to contact them.
