Georgina Man Charged Following Parking Lot Shooting, Three Suspects Sought
A Georgina man has been charged after a shooting incident in a commercial parking lot, while police continue to search for three other suspects.
York Regional Police responded to reports of shots fired in a commercial parking lot near Dovedale Drive and Woodbine Avenue in Georgina on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at approximately 4:15 p.m. Officers learned that three suspects exited a sedan and confronted the occupant of a brown SUV. A firearm was discharged from inside the SUV toward the suspects. Both vehicles left the scene before police arrived, and no physical injuries were reported.
Through investigation, the occupant of the SUV was identified as Cody Colluci, 40, of Georgina. He was charged on June 10, 2026. The SUV he was operating was also recovered. At the time of his arrest, controlled substances, currency, and live ammunition were seized.
A search warrant at his residence resulted in the seizure of additional controlled substances, believed to be cocaine, fentanyl, and oxycodone, with an estimated value of $10,000, along with more currency and two BB guns. Colluci faces charges including Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, Fail to Comply with Prohibition Order, and six counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. Police have not obtained descriptions for the three suspects who fled.
