One-on-One Settlement Support Services

Book an appointment with a Settlement Worker!

CICS provides free one-on-one settlement services to support newcomers in settling and integrating into the community. Our Settlement Worker can provide information, guidance, referrals, and assistance with applications and forms, particularly for clients who experience language or digital barriers. Support is available on topics such as government benefits, housing, employment, education, healthcare, immigration-related resources, and other community services.

• Priority is given to Permanent Residents and Convention Refugees.
• Languages available: English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Services are available at Cornell Library by appointment (10:00am-3:30pm) and Drop-in enquiries are available 3:30pm-5:00pm
