This program is designed for participants who want to deepen their understanding of complex financial reporting and the concepts that drive it. The session explores advanced topics such as accruals, amortization, accelerated depreciation, accrued payables, work in process, goodwill, non‑operating income, earnings per share, and the differences between cash and accrual accounting. 

Learning Outcomes: 

- Learn why balance sheets become more complicated as businesses grow, how intangible assets and prepaid expenses are recorded 

- Gain understanding on what retained earnings really represent.

- Build skills to interpret sophisticated financial statements with confidence
