Little Wildlife Helpers: Helping Animals Through Plants

Bring your little explorers to an exciting and interactive conservation adventure designed just for kids ages 4 to 6! Developed through the Climate Action Learning and Leadership (CALL) program at the Toronto Zoo, Little Wildlife Helpers: Helping Animals Through Plants introduces children to the wonderful world of nature through fun storytelling with a special butterfly puppet. Children will discover how native plants provide essential food and shelter for local pollinators and wildlife, participate in a creative garden design activity, and take home their very own native seed packet to kickstart their own mini-gardens at home. Spark your child's love for nature and show them that even little helpers can make a big difference for our local wildlife! 

Note: this program is intended for children 4 - 6 years old. While children are encouraged to attend alone, parents/caregivers are welcome to attend with their child to support them in navigating the program. Please register all participants that will attend the program (i.e. child and parent).
