Enjoy an intimate musical journey of songs and stories celebrating the women whose voices defined generations.


Join us on Wednesday, October 28 from 6:00–8:00 PM in celebration of Women’s History Month for an inspiring evening recognizing the power, influence, and artistry of women in music. Women in Song brings together talented female artists in a warm, welcoming setting for an evening of storytelling connection, and unforgettable music.


Featuring live performances by several local women, this intimate musical experience will highlight iconic songs by groundbreaking female artists whose voices have inspired generations. Enjoy a diverse musical set featuring hits from legendary performers such as Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Melissa Etheridge, Lee Ann Womack, Stevie Nicks, and additional artists spanning genres, eras, and cultures.


Beyond the music, the evening will also feature:


• Community tables hosted by local women’s organizations and advocacy groups

• Interactive displays and demonstrations

• Opportunities to connect with local initiatives supporting girls and women across York Region


This meaningful and engaging event offers a unique way to recognize Women’s History Month through music, storytelling, and community connection. Whether you come for the music, the conversation, or the opportunity to connect, Women in Song
