Conflict is inevitable in relationships, but disconnection doesn't have to be.
This workshop focuses on practical communication tools to navigate disagreements more effectively, reduce defensiveness, and create meaningful repair after conflict.
Participants will learn how to transform conflict into opportunities for greater understanding and connection.

About the Facilitator:
Tannaz Hosseinpour is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), author, speaker, and podcast host. She has also worked as a certified relationship coach, supporting individuals and couples in strengthening their relationships with themselves and others.
At the heart of her work is a belief that community is essential to well-being. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can learn, connect, and develop practical tools to cultivate meaningful relationships and a stronger sense of belonging.
